Being local for many years, Scott was able to help my wife and I purchase our first home and identify the best area for us to raise a family. At the time, my wife and I lived out of state and had a difficult time making trips in between the work week. Scott graciously drove to the various listings we were interested in and shared each property via video chat so that we wouldn't have to waste the 3 hour plus trip to look at a home we weren't interested in. Nevertheless, through these disappointments Scott remained at our side hopeful, upbeat, and continued to diligently work on landing our home. After several months, our offer was finally accepted, and we couldn’t be happier with our new home! During the entire process, Scott was readily accessible by email and phone. He walked me through the whole process step by step. He negotiated a great deal on the house! He also setup my inspection, coordinated all the house repairs with the seller and more! If I ever need to sell, I will definitely be giving Scott a call.

We found a home rather quickly but Scott was available for my many questions. Where I was highly impressed with Scott was during settlement. Items and such were promised to me and pulled back at settlement. Scott never gave up. Never lost his cool. Always had my back. I wanted to walk away from the deal at how I was treated by the buyer and I’d it weren’t for Scott and his tenancies I would have. Many thanks and I would whole heartedly recommend him.
